Workshop with Ty Chandler
Ty Chandler is coming to Courtenay!
Ty is a colleague and friend who began her teacher training at the same time I did. She went on to study extensively in India at the Iyengar institute in Pune, India. She makes regular sojourns to France where she participates in intensives offered by internationally renowned teacher, Faeq Baria.
Ty's teaching is clear, strong, compassionate and challenging. If you come, you will leave inspired!

Workshop with Traci on Lasqueti Island
I'm so excited to teach a class and workshop on Lasqueti Island on February 25th!
There's a hip-opening class from 9-10 am followed by a two-hour workshop that will focus on grounding and connecting to the centre-line of the body.
